Going to purchase aluminum drain plug crush washers from Amazon nut not sure what size our (2020 Yamaha YZF-R3 Monster Energy Moto GP Edition)

Think you're going to want 12mm, not 14. Also, you can always take old metal crush washers and pop them in the oven and reuse, if you're in a jam. Someone will be along shortly to tell you that's absolutely not right.

Im new to riding and looking to the engine break in oil change. I been looking to find oil drain crush washers that would fit since the OEM ones are 3-4 bucks. Has anyone found the cad model or dimensions of the washer that is needed? I know its an m12, but im not sure if the outer diameter matters. I been looking to getting these from amazon.

Those will fit. I bought a bulk bag of washers a while back. On my Vernier they measure 16mm outside diameter and 12mm inside diameter. The sticker on the bag says "M12*16*1.5.

They don't need to be the hollow type - you can use normal flat type washers that are made from a soft metal such as brass or copper.
