where are some tire repair hiding places

I found a great place for my battery tender to come out near the rear brake reservoir. I want to fit my plug kit and my high volume mountain bike hand pump somewhere in case I pick up a nail. under the passenger seat I can either fit the hand pump or the tire plug reamer and tool but not both. I was thinking of trying to find somewhere on the frame to strap a tool kit sized bag too. Has anyone done this already? If so where's the secret spot?

I usually always have a tank bag but mine is way to big for this bike so I might just get a smaller one but I'd prefer to not, if I can get away without having one
