I know it could be subjective, but looking for the most reliable and performing off the shelf tune for the R3. Leaning to the send in ECU as opposed to flashing myself.

Everything would be stock 2022.

Well, in WA. state, it's Twowheel Dynoworks.

Looked at their ecu flash tune and it says you need to ditch your O2 sensor and rid of your AIS system...so pretty much get a full exhaust system while you're at it.

The removal of the componentry is gonna be some work.

Takes about an hour of work, if you're slow. Of course, there's the money for the full exhaust system IF there's not a link pipe available.
I did exactly that for my ZX10R.

These guys did the tune on my '12 ZX10R. I mailed it in.
When I plugged it back in and went for a ride, WOW! Totally different bike! That thing is truly scary now!
