Its not the most robust exhaust note that I've ever heard, but its alright. I wonder if putting a different pipe on there would get you a deeper burble. I might be interested in doing a mod for that.

Hmm the video was originally posted on NOVEMBER 11 on Instagram.....

Now Im not sure if you YT poster is the same person as seipherzero on Instagram or if he ripped off the video and made up the 115mph-118mph top speed on the YT comments.....

I guess time will tell....

Ah good point.
If it is a video that got ripped then... chances are we'll see the original poster voice out about that being the case.
Hopefully that's not the case....good chance though.

Well I was bored at work and did some searching around the interwebs and I'm thinking more and more this video was ripped off....

seipherzero is Ken Inamori, who according to linkedin has lived or still lives in Georgia and is an Employee of Yamaha USA... which would explain why he had such early access to the R3 and hes posted the only leaked real world pictures/video of the R3

Now.... Kovac Mordus from YT appears to be someone out trolling the web for donations.. and Im pretty certain its not the same person... Web searches bring up previous fund raising attempts by that username and the YT video now conveniently has a Paypal donation link for an 'R3 Project'

Just seems to shady to me anyway.....

no, not the same person, but i did get the change to look one up close and the tech who run it did get 115-118 mph on it.
