SO going off the limited info we have on both YRF-R3 and YZF-R25 I've come up with a crude timeline.

We know the YZF-R25 will launch first in Indonesia sometime this spring/early summer. We also know the Indian R25 launch will take place mere weeks after.

What about YZF-R3? Well now it seems that the R3 is expected just months after the R25.

Its expected that YZF-R3 and YZF-R25 will be sold along side one another in markets where Kawasaki sells the Ninja 300 and 250 side by side. Expect the R3 in North America and Europe while R25 will serve Japan and SE Asia..

So does that mean that we should expect to see both the Yamaha R3 and R25 being sold in North America? I thought we would only get one or the other, I guess the R3.

I feel like every post on the forum should have "*Assuming the R3 is a 300cc bike and not a 3-cylinder Yamaha," included at the bottom.

i just hope they wont make the R3 as boring as the R25 asia market
at least make it more like the R125 Europe (the least)
Boring? Whats boring about the highest reving 250 in the league and power on tap equal to the larger Ninja 300?

Please don't tell me you're another one of those "No USD" crowd that things the bike is trash becasue they didnt include a race spec suspension.. This just in conventional forks vs USD make no difference for street use. Makes EVEN LESS difference when the forks are non adjustable. Just because the blogs complain doesn't make it true. Its just brochure bonus points ;)

P to the S y'all do know USD forks used to standard BEFORE they switched to "conventional" (which are actually USD compared to the USD's that used to be standard)
